Ed is the BEST!! I have been a customer of Around the Town Heating for approx. 4 years. My furnace went out yesterday (during the snow storm), I called Ed at 7:30AM he was at my home by 8:30AM. He had it up and running in no time and the price was very reasonable and affordable. The service was excellent (as always). I have extra business cards from Around the Town which I happily hand out to my friends and relatives if they are ever in need of heating and cooling work. From the inital phone call to the goodbye handshake with Ed, the service is always excellent!!

My furnace quit working at 10:00 at night. I called Ed at Around the Town Heating and he came over to my home right away. Along with doing a wonderful job at getting my furnace working, Ed took precaution with using drop cloths and plastic to make sure that my furniture and carpeting did not get dirty. I will definately use Around the Town Heating again.

Ed displayed professionalism, courtesy and excellent customer service. He educated us very well about our heating and air units and highlighted problems about another company who did a terrible job with installation. Ed took care of the problem and made us very satisfied customers.

To The management of Around The Town: I would like to thank Ed from Around The Town Heating for installing a new high energy efficient furnace in my home. Ed's work was very professional and done in a timely manner. While he was giving the estimate for the new furnace, he discovered the electricity in the house was unsafe and would not service the new furnace. So, he rewired a major portion of the residence. Ed is someone who I completely trust to come into my home and fix any problem I may have with my house. He also repaired a major crack in the house foundation. (Something a well known leakage company was unable to do). Ed also made some wonderful suggestions concerning landscaping for the front of our house. One of the best decisions I ever made calling Around The Town to install my furnace. Thank you.

The Saturday before Easter at about 9:00 at night my heater had gone out. I called Around The Town Heating and as soon as Ed found out that I had know heat in my home he came right over. He found out what the problem was with my heater and fixed it very promptly at a great rate. There was no overtime charge or late night charge which i was very surprised with. Ed also offered me a maintenance agreement plan and explained what it was and how it will save my equipment and money. I will definatly use Ed for all my heating and cooling needs.

My hot water tank had gone out on me on a Sunday. I called Around the Town Heating and Ed offered to come right out. I did say that it was Sunday and asked if he could come on Monday. Ed was at my home at 8:30 monday morning which was the time we set. Ed explained why my hot water tank had gone out and installed a new one at a very reasonable price. My husband and I just had just bought a house in Oak Lawn. I did not have a home inspection done. I was without heat when I finally found Ed from Around The Town Heating. He came immediately out and found that i needed a new boiler. Ed installed a new boiler for a very good price, made sure that I had heat and that everything wasin working order. He also made sure that he layed drop cloths down to not ruin my carpeting or furniture. I will definately use Around The Town Heating again.
