As much as we try, customer satisfaction is a difficult undertaking to achieve, however we use and follow statements such as “whatever it takes” and “if we can’t do it, no one can.” Point being is that we never leave a task incomplete, we finish what we start and finish it correctly.
Making your experience with us comfortable
Your satisfaction starts with your first phone call to us. Calls from 6 am until 10 pm, 7 days a week, will be answered by a company representative. In the event of extreme weather, it is possible that you may get our voice mail due to the high call volumes. If this is the case, please leave a detailed message and wait a few minutes, we WILL call you back.
What should you expect from our service crews?
When our service tech arrives at your home, our identifying features are uniformed technicians with a business card in hand, a lettered truck , and a handshake. Once in your home, the tech will ask you what seems to be the problem? He may then ask you to lead him to your thermostat and to your comfort system. After the technician diagnoses your comfort systems problem the tech will inform you of the problem with a solution and the cost of repair. If you choose to make the repair our techs will then perform the repair. It’s that easy!
