Youtube has the New York congressman Peter York having a rant on the Michael Jackson memorial. Now people are ripping Peter York a new one for expressing how he feels about the memorial. He has a right to his opinion. I guess if it’s not politically correct you can’t say it. However he does make a valid point there are many American servicemen dying every day in Afghanistan and Iraq defending our country. 

 Why don’t we have a great big star memorial honoring them, why? Those men and women are dying for our freedom whether the war is just or unjust.

Michael Jackson has changed music forever; however Michael Jackson’s personal life was weird. From his bizarre appearance, multiple plastic surgeries to dangling his child off a balcony. As the years went on he keep getting lighter and his nose keep getting narrower, the nose looked like it was ready to fall off. Why would he keep torturing himself with all those surgeries. I think he was cute when he was a little boy and he would have been a handsome man, if he didn’t have all those plastic surgeries. He had a fascination with the bizarre. What happened to Bubbles the chimp?

When Michael started his career singing with the Jackson five he was a child star. Child stars look like they are having fun but they are always working to entertain the public. They really don’t have a childhood, to be carefree and just have fun. I think Michael Jackson was a man-boy and that was looking for his lost youth.
